Password protected: Rethinking Property Content Hierarchy

After migrating Expedia’s lodging product to a new PWA platform and new design system, more teams began testing features and content without a full understanding of where those features and content should go. Tests were beginning to feel silo’d and were not taking into account the impact each of these tests had on the full view. We realized we lacked a source of truth for content hierarchy. I partnered with a lodging content strategist to put together a team to create this source of truth for our property details view.
